A unique combination of biological components permanently changes the structure of the soil. The result: stable, durable and load-bearing base layers.

Agglomeration

Nano-particles of the wax emulsion envelop soil grains, reduce voids and improve bonding capacity.

Hydrophobicity

The treated soil becomes water-repellent. Erosion, moisture damage and frost-related problems are significantly reduced.

Micro-elasticity

The wax bond creates a flexible structure with lower crack susceptibility and improved durability.

High Ev2 values create resilient base layers - produced in a fraction of the usual time.

Preparation

Step 2

Mix in UNDERBOLD

Homogeneously incorporate the water-additive mixture into the soil, for example 0.40 L/m² at a depth of 40 cm.

Step 3

Intermediate compaction

Restore the level and compact the treated soil for the first time.

Step 4

Incorporate binder

Apply cement or lime with minimal dust and mix it evenly into the soil.

Step 5

Final compaction

Smooth drum roller
Create the final profile, achieve optimal compaction and allow the base layer to cure in a controlled way.
